Welcome to the Office of Student Records and Registrar

The Office of Student Records and Registrar functions as both the admissions office and the registrar's office for the Schools of Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Health Related Professions, and the School of Graduate Studies in the Health Sciences. In the admissions role, this office is most often the first point of contact for individuals interested in pursuing a career in health care. Admissions counselors process all applications for admission and work closely with each school/program to facilitate the admissions process. The registrar registers all admitted students and maintains the permanent records relative to the academic progress of matriculated students. Applications can be submitted beginning July 1 by applying online.
