Appointments are preferred, although, Dr. Gaughf is available for urgent situations. Appointments may be made by phone, email, or by stopping by the Academic Counseling Services office. Dr. Gaughf's contact information is below.
Required Information
Prior to the first meeting, some initial information is required. This information can be provided electronically or on paper. The electronic form is below, and all information will be securely delivered directly to Dr. Gaughf. The paper version is available for download and in the Office of Academic Counseling.

Hours
The Academic Counseling Services office is open year-round from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Appointments can also be scheduled before and after regular office hours.
A Note to Faculty
While students, residents, and fellows may self-refer and make their own appointments, faculty members have an important role in referring and encouraging individuals to seek assistance.
